Delete ParkEasy Cloud Workspace

Delete your ParkEasy Cloud Workspace account

Delete your ParkEasy Cloud Workspace account

Last updated: 28 August 2026

ParkEasy is developed by Divinity Inception. This page explains how to permanently delete a Cloud Workspace account (owner login + all cloud data for that parking business).

Local / Professional-only use: If you never created or joined a Cloud Workspace, there is no cloud account to delete. Uninstall the app to remove local data from your phone.

Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open ParkEasy on the owner phone signed in to your workspace.
  2. Go to Settings → Cloud Workspace.
  3. Scroll to Delete workspace permanently.
  4. Type your workspace name exactly and enter your owner password.
  5. Confirm Delete forever.

This removes your cloud account, staff logins, registered devices, parking sessions, passes, outstanding debts, shift records, and workspace settings from our servers. The owner phone is signed out. Data already stored on individual phones is not erased automatically.

What is deleted

  • Owner and staff app accounts for that workspace
  • Registered gate phones / devices
  • Cloud parking sessions, passes, outstanding debts, and shift closure records
  • Workspace settings synced to the cloud
  • Cloud refresh tokens (all sessions end immediately)

What is not deleted automatically

  • Parking data stored locally on each Android device (export or clear on each phone if needed)
  • Your Google Play subscription — cancel separately in Google Play if you no longer need Cloud Workspace billing

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the owner phone, email divinityinception@gmail.com from the owner email address registered when the workspace was created. Include your workspace name and owner username. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Privacy Policy

KTS Vegetables Android application

Effective date: 14 August 2026
Last updated: 14 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how KTS Vegetables (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Shop”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our proprietary Android mobile application KTS Vegetables (the “App”), package name com.divinityinception.ktsvegetables.

The App is a private / proprietary customer portal for KTS Vegetables only. It is intended solely for customers who have an active account with our shop. It is not a public marketplace and is not available for use by the general public without a shop-issued login.

1. Who this App is for

Access to the App is provided only to registered customers of KTS Vegetables. Login credentials (username and password) are issued or managed by the Shop. If you are not a KTS Vegetables customer, you should not use this App.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of information:

  • Account and profile information: username, password, customer name, phone number, WhatsApp number (if stored on your account), area/locality, account status, and related customer account identifiers.
  • Order information: vegetable items ordered, quantities, prices, order notes (for example delivery or vehicle preferences), order dates, amounts, and order status.

  • Payment information: payment mode (for example cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online payment), amount, optional payment reference/notes, and online payment status. Card or UPI payment details entered during online checkout are processed by our payment partner (see Section 5) and are not stored by us as full card numbers in the App.
  • Device / app information needed to operate the App: information required for secure sign-in (such as session/authentication tokens stored on your device), remembered username (if you choose to stay signed in or re-open the App), and basic technical data needed for connectivity and App updates.

We do not use the App to collect your precise GPS location, contacts list, camera photos, microphone audio, or advertising identifiers for marketing.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Authenticate you and provide access to your customer account;

  • Improve reliability of the service and notify you when an App update is required or available.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How information is stored

  • On your device: the App may store your session/login token and limited profile details so you can remain signed in, plus preferences such as a dismissed notice.
  • On our systems: account, order, ledger, and payment-related records are stored on secure cloud infrastructure operated for KTS Vegetables (currently hosted using Supabase) so that the Shop can serve your orders and maintain your customer account.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted service providers only as needed to run the App:

  • Supabase: backend hosting, authentication/session handling, and database services for the Shop’s customer portal.
  • Razorpay: online payment processing when you choose to pay through the App. Razorpay may process payment details according to its own privacy policy and terms. See: https://razorpay.com/privacy/
  • Google Play: App distribution and update delivery through Google Play Store.

The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not use Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics for advertising tracking.

6. Permissions

The App primarily requires Internet access to communicate with our servers. Payment-related libraries may request additional standard Android permissions needed for network connectivity and payment checkout. The App does not request access to your camera, contacts, or precise location for core ordering features.

7. Data sharing

We may share information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate the App (such as hosting and payment processors), under appropriate safeguards;
  • Within the Shop’s internal systems used to prepare, deliver, invoice, and reconcile customer orders;
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of the Shop, our customers, or others.

We do not share customer data with advertisers or data brokers.

8. Data retention

We retain account, order, ledger, and payment records for as long as needed to operate the Shop’s customer relationship, fulfil orders, maintain business/accounting records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Session data on your device is kept until you sign out or clear App data. You may request account-related assistance by contacting the Shop using the details below.

9. Security

Privacy Policy for TN Power Cut Alert

Privacy Policy — TN Power Cut Alert

Privacy Policy for TN Power Cut Alert

App: TN Power Cut Alert
Package: com.divinityinception.tnpowercutalert
Developer: Divinity Inception
Last updated: 3 July 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how TN Power Cut Alert (“the App”) handles information when you use our Android application. TN Power Cut Alert helps you check planned power cut schedules for areas you save on your device.

We do not require an account, login, email, phone number, or GPS location. Most information stays on your device. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

TN Power Cut Alert is not an official TANGEDCO, TNPDCL, or government app. Schedule data is based on publicly published planned shutdown information and may change without notice.

2. Information We Collect and Use

2.1 Data stored on your device (not sent to our servers)

The App stores the following information locally on your phone or tablet:

  • Saved areas — labels and locality/search names you enter (for example, “Home”, “Keeranatham”).
  • App settings — notification preferences, onboarding status, and whether you purchased “Remove ads”.
  • Cached schedule data — a copy of the published power cut schedule JSON so the App can work offline.
  • Notification state — technical flags used to avoid sending duplicate alerts for the same schedule update.

This data is used only to show schedules, match your saved areas, send optional alerts, and remember your preferences. We do not operate a backend server that receives or stores your saved areas or settings.

2.2 Data we do not collect

  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
  • We do not collect precise GPS location. You choose area names manually.
  • We do not collect photos, contacts, SMS, call logs, or files from your device.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

2.3 Network activity

When you are online, the App may download the latest published power cut schedule from a public data source (currently hosted on GitHub). These requests fetch the same public JSON file for all users; your saved area names are not uploaded as part of that download.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information under their own policies:

3.1 Google AdMob (advertising)

If you have not purchased “Remove ads”, the App displays banner and full-screen ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect or receive information such as your advertising ID, device type, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads.

Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

You can limit ad personalization on your device through Android settings (for example, Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization, wording may vary by device).

3.2 Google Play Billing (in-app purchase)

The optional one-time “Remove ads” purchase is processed by Google Play. Google handles payment and purchase verification. We receive only what is needed to confirm that the purchase was completed so ads can be turned off in the App.

Google Play terms and privacy information: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. Permissions Used by the App

TN Power Cut Alert may request or use these Android permissions:

  • Internet — to download the latest published power cut schedule.
  • Network state — to detect when the device is online and refresh data when connectivity returns.
  • Notifications — to send optional alerts when a planned cut matches your saved areas (only if you enable notifications).
  • Receive boot completed — to reschedule background schedule checks after your device restarts.
  • Advertising ID (via Google Play services / AdMob) — used for ad delivery when ads are shown.
  • Billing — to process the optional “Remove ads” in-app purchase through Google Play.

These permissions are used only for the features described above.

5. Notifications

Notifications are optional. If enabled, the App checks the cached or downloaded schedule on your device against your saved areas and may alert you when a match is found. Notification content is generated locally; we do not send your area list to a developer-operated server for this purpose.

You can turn notifications off at any time in the App settings or in Android system settings.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Saved areas, cached schedule data, and preferences remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
  • Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data from your device (subject to Android backup behaviour on your device).
  • Purchase records are retained by Google Play according to Google’s policies.
  • Ad-related data is handled by Google according to Google’s policies.

7. Children’s Privacy

TN Power Cut Alert is a general utility app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

8. Data Security

Data stored by the App remains on your device using standard Android app storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we do not operate servers that hold your saved area information. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

9. Your Choices

  • Add, edit, or delete saved areas inside the App.
  • Enable or disable notifications in Settings.
  • Purchase “Remove ads” to stop banner and full-screen advertising.
  • Clear the App’s data or uninstall to remove locally stored information.
  • Manage ad personalization through your device’s Google / Android ad settings.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Contact Us

Privacy Policy for ParkEasy

Privacy Policy for ParkEasy

Privacy Policy for ParkEasy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

Summary: ParkEasy is a parking management app for business operators. On Local and Professional plans, parking data stays on your phone. If you enable optional Cloud Workspace, selected operational data is synced to our servers so multiple gate phones can work together. We do not sell your data or show ads in the app.

1. Who we are

ParkEasy (“the App”) is developed and operated by Divinity Inception (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App on Android, including optional Google Play subscriptions and optional multi-device cloud features.

Contact: divinityinception@gmail.com

2. Scope — two ways the App can run

Device-local (Local / Professional / trial on one phone): parking data stays on your Android device. We do not receive your parking records, vehicle numbers, or photos.

Cloud Workspace (optional Team / Business cloud plans): operational parking data for your workspace is synced to our cloud API so owner and staff phones can share the same live data. Photos of number plates are not uploaded to the cloud in the current product.

You choose whether to create or join a Cloud Workspace. Staff phones join only with a workspace code and an app login created by the owner.

3. Information we process

3.1 Data that stays on your device (all plans)

  • Parking sessions (entry/exit times, ticket numbers, vehicle type, vehicle number, fees, payment type)
  • Settings (capacity, pricing, currency/country, printer config, receipt text)
  • Optional camera photos of vehicles / number plates (if you use capture features)
  • Local backups, PDF reports, and exports you create
  • Optional Owner PIN (stored on the device)
  • App language preference for that phone
  • On-duty / shift names you enter for shift close (device or cloud, depending on mode)

We do not receive this local data unless you enable Cloud Workspace (section 3.3) or you yourself send us files (for example by emailing a backup or report for support).

3.2 Device identifiers (license and cloud devices)

The App may use a stable Android device identifier (or similar) to:

  • Bind optional device-local license / subscription state on that phone
  • Register and manage phones in a Cloud Workspace (device list, revoke, history-upload rights)

We do not use device identifiers for advertising or cross-app tracking.

3.3 Cloud Workspace data (only if you use cloud)

When Cloud Workspace is enabled, the App sends and stores on our cloud servers data needed to run multi-device operations, including:

  • Account: owner username, password hash (not plain password), optional staff usernames and password hashes, owner contact email
  • Workspace: workspace name, hashed join code, settings JSON (pricing/capacity and related configuration)
  • Operations: parking sessions (vehicle number, type, ticket, times, fees, payment fields), monthly/vehicle passes, outstanding payment records, shift closure summaries
  • Devices: device id, label, last seen, role linkage, revoke / history-upload flags
  • Subscription proof for cloud: Google Play product id / purchase token metadata needed to verify Team or Business entitlement (payments are processed by Google)

Not uploaded to cloud (current version): number-plate / vehicle photos and camera images remain on each phone.

Owner email is collected when creating a cloud workspace for account support and subscription-related notices. It is not shared with staff logins or with other parking operators.

3.4 Google Play Billing

Subscriptions (Local, Professional, Cloud Team, Cloud Business) are sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes payment card details according to Google’s policies. We receive purchase/entitlement status needed to unlock features; we do not receive your full card number.

3.5 Data we do not collect

  • We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or in-app ads
  • We do not use analytics/advertising trackers such as Firebase Analytics or AdMob in the current App
  • We do not sell personal data
  • We do not access your contacts, precise GPS location, or SMS

4. Why we process data (purposes)

  • Provide parking entry, exit, printing, reports, and settings on your device
  • Optional multi-device sync and backup of operational data for Cloud Workspace subscribers
  • Authenticate owner and staff app logins; manage connected phones
  • Verify subscriptions and cloud entitlements
  • Account support and important service notices (using owner email when provided)
  • Security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance

5. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your region (for example EEA/UK), we process data under:

  • Contract — to provide the App features you request (including cloud sync you enable)
  • Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, service improvement of a business tool
  • Consent — where required (for example certain device permissions such as camera)
  • Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose information by law

6. Permissions used by the App

  • Internet / network: subscriptions restore, Cloud Workspace sync, optional license checks
  • Camera: optional capture of vehicle / number-plate images for your local workflow
  • Bluetooth: connect to compatible receipt printers
  • Storage / files (as offered by Android): backups, PDFs, and exports you choose to save or share

Permissions are used only for these features.

7. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your information. We may share limited data with:

  • Google Play — billing and subscription verification
  • Hosting / infrastructure providers — to run the Cloud Workspace API and database under our control
  • Professional advisers or authorities — only when required by law or to protect rights and safety

Staff in your own parking business see only the operational data your workspace shares through the App; they do not receive the owner’s contact email from the App’s staff experience.

8. Retention

  • On-device data: retained until you delete it, clear app data, uninstall, or overwrite via restore
  • Cloud Workspace data: retained while the workspace exists and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal duties; owner tools may clear certain cloud parking records; leaving a workspace removes that phone’s access (server data for the tenant may remain until the workspace is closed/deleted per our support process)
  • Photos: remain on the device under your retention settings (for example delete on exit or after a number of days)

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS for production cloud traffic, hashed passwords for cloud accounts, and device/app access controls such as an optional Owner PIN. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting phones, PINs, workspace join codes, staff passwords, and any backup files you export.

10. International transfers

If you use Cloud Workspace, your workspace data may be processed on servers that are not in your country. By enabling cloud features you instruct us to process that data to provide the service.

11. Your choices and rights

  • Use the App in device-local mode without creating a Cloud Workspace
  • Disable camera capture features; clear vehicle photos in Settings
  • Leave a Cloud Workspace from the App (staff may need password confirmation)
  • Manage or cancel Play subscriptions in Google Play
  • Request support about access, correction, or deletion of cloud account data by emailing us

If you are in a region with data-protection rights (such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection), contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

12. Children’s privacy

ParkEasy is a business tool for parking operators and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the App.

13. Third-party links and services

The App may open system intents (email, file share, Play Store). Those services have their own privacy policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves (for example new cloud features). The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. For material cloud-related changes we may also notify owners via the contact email on file when practical.
